The Board of Directors is made up of the four officers and three directors who are all homeowners from our community. Officers and directors are volunteer, non-paid positions. Each position serves a one-year term and are elected at the Homeowners’ Meeting in the summer. Section 18.5 of the Illinois Condominium Property Act requires the board to meet every 90 days, or meet 4 times a year to discuss association business. The time and place of these meetings are accessible on the Google Calendar.

Another way to become involved with the board is to volunteer to head a committee for such affairs as Landscaping, Decorating or Garage Sale Coordinator. It is very important we have diversity on the Board for the best possible decisions.
