Welcome to Summerfield! Our homeowner’s association runs entirely on volunteer power. We have homeowners’ meetings at least once a year and would love to have you attend. While we try to post all information on the website, nothing is as good as attending to hear the discussion, to ask questions, and meet your neighbors and officers.
Your closing documents will show the yearly assessment as paid. This is for the current year and was paid by the seller. The assessments are sent out at the end of December for the upcoming year. Assessments are due by January 31st. See our Annual HOA Dues page for more info.
The Association is a non profit organization governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Our individual rules are listed in the Covenants, which created Summerfield; the Bylaws, which sets the Board requirements; and the Rules and Regulations, which are the day-by-day guidelines of how we operate. Our neighborhood covers the areas between Theodore St to Brighton Ln and from Wildflower Dr and Larkspur Dr to Pebble Beach Rd.
The schools our children attend are Wesmere Elementary, Timber Ridge Middle School and Plainfield Central High School.
Trash/recycling/yard waste pickup is included on your city water bill.
