Due January 31, 2024
The annual assessment is paid to defray the cost of running the Association: landscaping, electricity for the fountains, maintenance of the monuments at the entrances, etc. The officers are not paid, and the association board runs entirely on volunteer efforts. Assessments are currently $170 per year. Please see the yearly budget on the Document page for details of revenue and expenses.
Each Owner is responsible for the annual assessment which is now due on January 31st of each year. Penalties and Fines are added to the fee if it remains unpaid after that date. The delinquent assessment will be referred for collection to an attorney and filed with the courts. All costs associated with that procedure are the responsibility of the delinquent Owner.
PAYMENTS FOR 2024 ARE PAST DUE. Homeowners who are delinquent have been sent to collections.
