The Board of Directors meets to discuss issues and business of Summerfield subdivision. We are required to have a minimum of four meetings per year, but often meet more frequently as items arise.
We also have a minimum of one homeowners meetings yearly. Agendas and minutes of both the Board of Directors’ and Homeowners’ meetings are posted on the website on this page.
